Boston University offers a full range of undergraduate, graduate and research opportunities at its two campuses in Boston, MA as well as through its online courses. The university was founded as a Methodist school but welcomes students of all faiths and backgrounds, and even boasts as its alumni the first woman to receive a Ph.D. and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boston University is generally known as a large, distinguished institution with a strong commitment to academic scholarship and research.
