Aspen University is a 25-year old institution that aims to design and make available extremely flexible programs that help nontraditional students advance their careers. Distance learning programs are offered in areas like information systems, business, criminal justice and nursing.

Pros:

• Aspen does not offer a full range of majors and degrees: undergraduate students can only choose from two degree programs.
